Crisis Behavior Management Training brings together a clear understanding of human behavior and early intervention skills, with a primary focus on Prevention and De-escalation Techniques

OUR GOALS
  • To indentify situations, which may incite a crisis individual to display violent behavior.
  • To de-escalate and/or prevent a violent behavior from occurring.
  • To incorporate the most effective strategy using the least intrusive approach possible.

CBMT Training promotes communication and mediation skills, maintaining healthy relationships and creative avoidance techniques. It has been proven that the above interventions play a significant role in reducing anxiety, injury and liability.

CBMT Training believes that when professionals and individuals are correctly trained to respond to people in or entering a crisis state, they will be able to reduce violent confrontations and thereby decrease staff and the crisis individual injury. In doing so, the result will be a safe environment that enables both the employee and client alike to feel safe.
