Shawn Hubert - Certified Trainer
Shawn Hubert is the Certified Trainer for Crisis Behavior Management Training.
He is also currently contracted as the Staff Development Coordinator for Heritage Family Services in Red Deer.   He started with Heritage as the Program Coordinator of the Heritage Transitional Housing Program with the Homeless Initiative in Red Deer.  He was instrumental in starting the program in the fall of 2007.    He has a private leadership development company that provides staff development training in the Human Services Field,  Corporations of all sizes, and non-profit organizations.  Shawn has been teaching and speaking for 14 years.  Some of the highlights of his career have been taking teens on experience trips to Mexico, Thailand, and Burkina Faso.  Areas of interest are leadership development, classroom training and large group public speaking.  He enjoys riding sport bikes, dirt bikes, playing league volleyball, exercising, and spending time with his family.

Justin is also the current CEO of Heritage Family Services of Red Deer, Alberta.  A family owned company serving Children and Youth in Central Alberta for over 35 years.







Joleen Losness - Manager of Research and Development
Joleen has a Social Work Diploma, Bachelor of Social Work and a Master’s Degree in Social Work (Leadership in Human Services). She is a registered Social Worker and a member of the Alberta College of Social Workers.  Joleen is also a certified Peer Reviewer for the Canadian Accreditation Council of Human Services. 





Terry Robinson - Contract & Service Delivery Manager
Terry has a Diploma in Community Rehabilitation from Red Deer College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Human Service Administration at Grant MacEwan College.  He is also a member of the Accreditation panel for the Canadian Accreditation Council of Human Services.
